Instrumental in the success
“Dynamo Engineering was instrumental in the success of our 2013 Spray 2 GSU Transformer Replacement project. As a result of the devastating 2013 Alberta flood, when Dynamo got involved in the project, the project was months behind in planning. Dynamo Engineering was able to jump in quickly and turn-around the necessary deliverables at an incredible pace without impacting the quality of the produced work. Their engineering team’s support during execution and even months after speaks volumes about the dedication they have to their customers and the pride they take in their work. This pride and the value they place on the technical aspects of our profession is unique in the industry.“

...the Dynamo folks all care...
“….the difference that is apparent for us is that the Dynamo folks all care. When equipment troubles happen on site, I don’t have to panic about what to do next, because I know they are already thinking about it for me and are on it!”

A collaborative effort
“…Dynamo was critical to the success of our project. I don’t think we could have met our aggressive timeline without their ability to bring all of their engineering, construction, and commissioning resources together so effectively in a collaborative effort.”

...flat out impressed with Dynamo's performance...
“…Our Construction group is flat out impressed with Dynamo’s performance on the Kennedy project!! Since the moment your crew mobilized, you’ve managed to get an immense amount of work completed while also dealing with an excess of apparatus material shortages and damaged equipment.
…. It has been a pleasure working with a company that understands our deadlines and is extremely cooperative. Thank you very much for this positive working experience. Please feel free to forward this to your crews as well, who have been working very hard…."

...workmanship is second to none...
With the 835 Main Substation project nearing the end, I would like to use the opportunity to provide you with some feedback.
When we started the project I wanted to build something that would be the gold standard as far as quality and reliability go, underground here at Lalor. The workmanship is second to none. Scott and his crew take tremendous pride in their work and during TCCC the owners were really impressed with the end product.
Equipment testing was thorough and a very important step. The "As Found" testing identified damage or missing parts that could've resulted in unplanned delays due to material lead time. During C&SU, Ethan and Mackenzie identified multiple wiring discrepancies on the vendor-supplied switchgear. With their skills and knowledge, they were able to rectify the wiring during C&SU, which prevented any schedule delays.
Lastly, thank you to Dean for taking my countless phone calls and setting up the crew with all the additional - last-minute -material and equipment required. Dane thank you for making Ethan and Mackenzie available to complete all the technical work. Without your support, the project would not have been a success.
I look forward to working with Dynamo Electric on the next project.

...there wasn't a single correction to make...
Hey gents,
I just wanted to give a shout-out for the work Tell, Jordan, and Matt put in yesterday while we struggled through reconfiguring and commissioning Sync.
There were some legacy errors, some new design revisions required on the fly, and a few wiring diagram to schematic discrepancies to overcome. The Dynamo boys did really good work, and there wasn’t a single correction to make in the work that they did in this critical circuit, under the restrictive timeline to get sync reconfigured, and commissioned yesterday.
I know a lot of times that only negative issues get brought up, but I was impressed with their workmanship throughout the project, and especially yesterday, and wanted to mention it.
