Closed for Labour Day Long Weekend

Since 1894, Canada has observed Labour Day, the first Monday in September, as a statutory holiday. Its beginnings can be traced back to the early Victorian workers' demonstrations. In the past, employees marked the day in a variety of ways. Parades, speeches, games, amateur competitions, and picnics were among them.

During a period of rapid industrialization, the holiday fostered a sense of kinship and unity among the working class. Since the Second World War, fewer and fewer people have participated in Labour Day activities. Today, most Canadians spend their Labor Day weekend relaxing and spending time with their families... Let's Go Saskatchewan Roughriders !

Dynamo will be closed for the Labour Day long weekend Monday, September 5th.
