PROJECT SUMMARY:

 

Iljin Electric is a Korean company specializing in electrical transmission and distribution equipment.  They produce transformers, switchgear, cable, and other specialized components to ensure a safe and stable supply of electricity to industrial and utility companies around the world. 

 

Dynamo was retained by ILJIN Electric Company to complete the assembly, vacuum drying, vacuum filling, and complete electrical testing of various transformers supplied to SaskPower and used throughout the province of Saskatchewan. This particular contract consisted of 15/20/25 MVA, 138–25 kV transformers.

 

Some of the utility project sites include Estevan East Substation, Points North Switching Station, and Shaunavon Substation.
